We are a lakeside restaurant and event center located in Lakeville, MN. Opening in 1968, as a members only club, the Chart House quickly became the place to gather in Lakeville . With a pool where the current patio sits, many members would spend their summer days swimming and enjoying the lake views!  To this day we have many long time patrons come in and share their childhood memories of days spent at the Chart House.  We love the rich history of the Chart House and love to hear the stories and memories made!

In May of 2021, George Maverick, owner of Fab! Weddings bought the Chart House.  Already a wedding venue owner, George knew that this lakeside location has been and would continue to be a  dream for many couples. Experienced in large renovations, George quickly began an over year long process of updates and improvements.  The first was the design of a unique and beautiful bridal suite. Then he started work on the main ballroom, updating almost every detail, including adding a gorgeous stage/feature wall, and a stunning picture window overlooking the gardens and lake! In 2022, a permanent ceremony location was added with the backdrop on one end being the lake and the other the gardens...a truly perfect setting from every angle!

The ceremony garden is a true masterpiece that has been loved and maintained by our longest tenured employee, Marie, for over 46 years! Complete with bridges and fountains, "the garden" is absolutely stunning against the blue lake water!
